The Longhorn Barbecue originated in Houston, Texas, in 1946. Just 10 years later, the brothers who started it all decided to move to the great Northwest, bringing their "Southern Pit Style" Barbecue with them.

The Spokane Valley restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Reservations are welcome for parties of 5 or more, and the restaurant can accommodate banquet seating for up to 100 people. The Longhorn also offers catering services.
